How do I care for my leather bag?

To keep your bag looking its best, clean it gently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. For deeper cleaning, we recommend using a leather conditioner suitable for your bag’s material.

How long does it take to make a custom bag?

Custom orders typically take 7-10 days to create. Once your bag is complete, I'll notify you and ship it promptly.

Do you offer repairs for your bags?

If your bag needs repair due to a manufacturing defect or wear and tear, contact us, and I will guide you through the repair process. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, non-customized bags within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made bags are non-refundable but can be adjusted or repaired to meet your satisfaction.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch, while international orders can take 7-14 business days.
